Shell Fiat

Briefly to explain all actions and intentions on the restoration of this vehicle, it is my intention to recover the originality to this car to put this car in showable condition the way it was modified and used for the Mileage Marathon races. Of course there may be an instance where the repair may not be exact to the period but all efforts will be in place to resurrect a great historical find. Although my efforts are to return the car to great condition, ALL the credit goes to the original builders and racers of the vehicle. Hopefully, with their permission, a story may be added to this site about the efforts they went through to earn their place as a past record holder in a Shell Mileage Marathon.
